Add Whatsapp support to complement Telegram. So people can choose whatever messenger they prefer.

The WhatsApp option should be on top of Telegram, except for the messenger app everything else shall remain the same. So users who started with the Telegram app can seamlessly move to WhatsApp should they choose to.

[Update] We are waiting for the API access from Meta, but WhatsApp has several restrictions compared to Telegram. Overall experience won't be optimal or similar. We will review this.
